So she spent the past 10+ years becoming an expert for you. No really, she's launched and managed wine programs for some of the best LA restaurants, including: Animal, Trois Mec, Osteria Mozza, Scopa Italian Roots and more. Now she's moved on with her fresh new venture, Pour This. Her aim: source the best damn wines from small, sustainable producers around the world and get them straight to your door. Ashley is hands on with every aspect of her business, not just hunting down delicious wines but also producing and writing all of the content for Pour This and The Sip (Her master's degree in Journalism is from USC, which she uses as a coaster for whatever bottle she happens to be drinking). She's involved with all kinds of upcoming projects that may just end up on a bookshelf / radio station / TV near you. As it turns out, some other people think she's a topnotch wine pro, too: she's been awarded Top 6 Somms to watch in the U.S. by Bon Appetit and was voted as Zagat's 30 under 30. Besides wine, Ashley cannot imagine life without cheese, coffee, music, and her loyal dog, Hudson. On occasion, she also drinks tequila, but only the very good kind.
